Read a blog post here ( that shed some light on the game:

-An 'Una Kavanagh' did voice Jill, but she's not the Irish actress.

-Jason Wool is Joseph Frost in both body and voice, but that's all I know. Sergio Alarcon really did do the bodywork for Wesker*, not just his voice. Alarcon is his real name, Jones is a stage name.

-Clay Enniss (an English teacher in Japan, and Sergio's brother), Pablo Kuntz, and Dean Harrington (as mentioned below) were also in this game. I don't know their roles, but I know Clay Enniss working on a terrible game called Deep Freeze that starred Sergio Alarcon and Monty DiPietro.

Deep Freeze was riffed on by Retsupurae, giving it one redeeming quality, and is how I know of it. Other known Japanglophone actors in that game include Huntley Nicholas, Lisle Wilkerson, Brian Matt-Uhl, Patrick Harlan, and Matthew Meersburgen.

-In speaking of Deep Freeze, Linda Rodriguez, who worked on that game was probably the Linda meant in Rebecca Chamber's live action credits. It's a guess, really. The rest of this info is confirmed by Ward E. Sexton or Barry Gjerde or is demonstrable in-game.

*There is another Deep Freeze actor called Eric Scott, but I'm unsure of him being in the game.

@martyyahar Also, Russ Veillard was in Deep Freeze. Forgot about that.

@martyyahar I think Clay Enniss is Richard Aiken (the vaguely Spanish sounding voice from Deep Freeze gave it away).

Dean Harrington has to be Enrico Marini due to the booming voice used.

That leaves Pablo Kuntz as Kenneth Sullivan.

And the voice cast is solved.

There's actually a lot of difference between the Japanese and US version of this game.
If you're curious about the difference between the original JP and US version of this game, here's a link:

 3 Shout Outs!
Fun little trivia:
This game was going to feature japanese voice acting for the JP version, but the developers thought it would be goofy for the characters to speak Japanese in a North American setting. Although they would start giving Japanese voice overs with Resident Evil: Revelations.

@Mr. Kite The director also said the original Japanese recordings were "bad".

@martyyahar And yet the English acting was somehow okay, I'm still scratching my head over that.

I mean I'm glad we got it for the fun performances, but wow.

@Metabad It's like how, when some people watch an anime or play a game with JP audio and go "WOW!!! this sounds so awesome! this is way better than english voice acting!" when in actuality. What we're listening to may very well be bad overacting.

I imagine the same happened with the JP director who listened to Resident's Evil's english VO.

@HylianBelmont That's probably *exactly* it. Although nowadays it's nice that Japanese games with English VO (like, off TOMH, most Platinum games & MGSV) use actual English-speaking VO directors, as they've always done with dubbing.

Wasn't Una Kavanaugh Jill and Dean Harrington ever other character not already shown?

@martyyahar Dean Harrington was in the game (he couldn't remember which characters he was) but Una Kavanagh being Jill has already been debunked.

According to Barry Gjerde Jill's VA was from Edmonton (Canada) and studied at the National Alberta Institute of Technology before moving to Japan.

@martyyahar According to Barry Gjerde Jill was played by a Canadian college student. Una Kavanaugh, from what I can find, is Irish.
