From what I heard in the videos some characters didn't have their anime VA voice them.
Guess Ubisoft Montreal didn't have enough money to pay them all so they paid local talent for cheaper.
Unfortunately the new voices aren't even listed in the credits but there are a bunch of additional voices (none who are L.A. based AFAIK)
Even the credited voices in the ending credits aren't completely accurate. Steve Kramer and David Lodge certainly didn't voice their characters in this game.
At least the characters & their VAs on the page (so far) are definitely accurate.
