This should also be in part of the DC Universe Franchise, since it featured Other DC Superheroes.

@Mr.Fennoy93 True, but the fact that it's branded as "Lego Batman 2" rather than "Lego Justice League" or whatever means that it's a Batman game at heart.

@Mr.Fennoy93 Also, I believe it takes place in Gotham City. So, it's basically "Batman Featuring DC Guys".

@Mr.Fennoy93 fyi we only assign 2 franchises when the title itself is known to be a "50/50" split.
eg. MK vs DC, Mario Sonic, Marvel vs Capcom etc.

@NCZ It does. Also Metropolis levels for Superman.
"Batman Featuring DC Guys" is a Funny Title.

@Lpfan120 Nightwing is also in the game giving another reason why it's Tim Drake Robin.

@Foxwolf There's one point in the game where Batman and Robin swith into their alter egos. If you switch to Robin, it says his name is Dick Grayson

@CLG In the game you can have Batman and Bruce Wayne at the same time, you can have Superman and Clark Kent at the same time, you can have Nightwing and Dick Grayson at the same time. I've played it and beaten it all the way through and there's no mention of Tim Drake
