 3 Shout Outs!
Had a really bad start but then it got better over time. Plus the crossover with Steven Universe was hilarious!

I actually love this show. I started with having it on as background noise and found myself actually laughing at it. It grew on me! It's surreal and ridiculous, and sometimes I can really appreciate that.

After watching the crossover, I was a bit interested on what this show is.....Its.....Stupid. Really stupid. Some jokes i chuckled, some jokes I raise and eyebrow.

I get what the writers were trying to do for the April Fools crossover, saying that it doesn't deserve the hate and they should give it a chance, but it just doesn't interest or fit everyone. Everyone can laugh at Ed Edd N' Eddy, everyone can relate and love the Power Puff Girls, Dexter's lab, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Foster's Home, Kids Next Door, Grim Adventures. The list goes on and on.

Lets be honest, if you were a kid now liking this show and your parents see the DVD you want them to buy for you, they will not buy it because of how it looks. An oldman wearing that outfit with one tooth, these characters as friends, with a rainbow over their head. They'd rather buy you something else.

I started seeing as on CN now that the show airs in the UK. I must say, I kinda understand why this show has put some people off.

IMO, I'm not really a big fan of this show. I find the humour/comedy to be very stupid. Not to mention the whole talking food and man-children thing to be stupid too. (Only the Simpsons did the man-child character well IMO.)

I guess it's understand that CN's current lineup isn't very popular. At least in the UK, we've got Adventure Time, Batman: Brave and the Bold and the Regular Show. Heck, early birds can get to watch Green Lantern: TAS and Transformers Prime, unless they choose to record them to watch anytime besides the early morning.

I thought this show would never see the light of day...
Ugh. Is it too much to ask for a show that's NOT forced comedy anymore?

I saw an advert for this show 2 days ago since it doesn't come to the UK until next week. When I first saw the advert, I thought it was Bill Fagerbakke voicing Uncle Grandpa since the voice was similar to Patrick. But I was wrong, it was really Peter Browngardt in his 1st voice acting role.

I've read the reviews for this, apparently it sucks.

@Ross123 In Germany, Uncle Grandpa is the former voice of Patrick (Marco Kroeger).

@BlankSlate Huh, how ironic that it's the voice of Patrick somewhere else in the world.

Show ain't bad. Certainly better than say: Cow and Chicken. At least the voice cast isn't painful to listen to. And it can be funny

That's what we need, more crudely drawn shows filled with talking food stuffs, barely functioning man-children, and contextless random humor. Maybe I should write for CN.
In fact, I have an idea for a show about a talking grill named "Charr Lee" who lives in a rainbow colored space vacuum. His best friend is a cuttlefish who is half dirt-bike and has an afro, and speaks in 70's jive named "Cut L. Fish". All seems to be going well i n their psychedelic world, until they meet a talking fried chicken drumstick named "Mr. Krispy" who wants to foreclose on their property, unless they can come up with $10,000. Now our two heroes must get the band back together, which consist of an anthropomorphic vending machine with an eerily sexualized, female design named "Dispenser Jane", a talking toilet named "John", and a Spanish accented hot water heater named "Mui Caliente". The humor will mostly consist of everyone screaming about virtually anything, farting, fecal references, pop culture references, innuendo that is far too mature for the target audience placed into the show in a shallow attempt to get older audiences to watch it, and "hilarious" puns.
Did I mention they will drive a flying cheese grater with an AI named "G.R.A.T.E.R. (We will never explain what the acronym means)" that speaks in a pleasant, British voice?
Surely Cartoon Network can't possibly turn down a great idea like this one, especially since it fits right along with this, Amazing World of Gumball, and whatever else they have coming out this season.

@Der Grapist That would be a great show!

@Der Grapist It's sad that I think that would be successful.

@Der Grapist I disagree, it wouldn't fit in with most of the shows on CN right now. They have a good line, Adventure Time, Regular Show, The Amazing World of Gumball, they're all well written and deserve more credit than they're getting. Yes, Uncle Grandpa is a horrible show, but it really doesn't fit in with the best line up CN has had in years. At least it's not CN real.

@coolgeek176 The title character is the uncle and grandpa of everyone on Earth.
