Just love this series...and the direction of the story line..it gets better with each episode. The VA's are doing a great job and the CGI is beautiful. Can't wait to see what happens next!

Yea, me too man! This will totally separate us from places like Wiki and the like since we offer proof of our credits now!

I thought Airachnid sounded like Katey Sagal (Futurama,Married With Children,Sons of Anarchy). Thanks to this site, I was able to learn about the talented and beautiful Gina Torres. The voice actors don't get enough credit for making this show sooooo entertaining and successful. The dramatic, intense visuals & script also make this show really COOL & worth watching.

I think Wheeljack should be Sierra's Guardian

Okay, this does look like a cool show.
I WOULD like to see this type of take on Beast Wars, though...

Okay, so I was wrong about the whole death thing, but I was close. We DID get a "characters of the week". *sigh*
I read an article about the creators saying they weren't planning on adding too many new bots to the show due to the cost and time it takes to animate all the current ones. Basically 1 character is 3 characters; Bot, mid-transforming and vehicle.
I'm so confused now since 3 characters have come and gone with effort to create them and only have them appear in 1 episode :(
also, TFP's new take on Wheeljack was pretty cool.

@Foxwolf Wheeljack will be appearing in a future episode, so the odds aren't exactly in his favour...
Replysaid at 7:50 PM on Sat Feb 12 2011
@NCZ lol. well, considering Ratchet is a scientist in this version rather than a medic, one has to wonder what Wheeljack's role will be.
Replysaid at 8:31 AM on Mon Feb 14 2011
@Foxwolf They have only killed two characters I hardly think that is a trend :)
Replysaid at 11:25 PM on Mon Feb 14 2011
I can guarantee that Optimus Prime will get killed off (and probably brought back) at some point. I mean, except for Robots in Disguise, he's died in literally every series (and in RID's case, that's because he was originally written as "Fire Convoy", and he only became Prime when the series was adapted).
Replysaid at 12:43 PM on Tue Feb 15 2011
@NCZ Yeah I know what you are saying but I am going to go out on a limb and say he won't die in this one...

It has been confirmed that Transformers: Prime has been picked up for a second 26 episode season. In total we will at least get 2 seasons and 52 episodes now!! NICE

I loved what they did with Cliffjumper.
Did not find the kids annoying at all especially when compared to past human characters outside of G1
I absolutely LOVE what they are doing with Soundwave so far!!! But yeah bumblebee is stupid
I disagree though - none of them are really clones outside of Bumblebee - They are mixing WFC, Movie, Animated and G1 and most of them are pretty cool I think.
I know its not flawless but I am very pleased so far - If you want to discuss this further though the FORUMS are a much better place for long posts like these

After seeing five parted premiere, here,s my saying for what i saw: it was pleasent and promising, but certainly not flawless start:
+Atmosphere is rather dark, brooding and mature. Writers clearly wants to at least try to approach themes like brutality of war and wounds of loosing dear friend. This kind of dark edge, sadly enough, is very rare in kids tv these days, and to witness it in any form these days is great pleasure.
+Voice acting was top-of-notch, especially from returning Peter Cullen and Frank Welker, and Steve Blum as Starscream.
+CGI Graphics, save goofy looking humans, was pleasent to watch, and especially fights between transformers was cool( when will USA learn to make good looking human models like Asian/Japanese?)
-Cliff-Jumper was killed off too early: we never got good view on him as character, and i hoped he would,ve played at least some part on the story other than just Redshirt to be killed: although i have to admit, i was grieving after his demise.
-Kids got on my nerves: i found it frustrating how in otherwise heavy and mature story had to be partially annoyed by young punks, whom as-if tried to help but caused usually only problem: war is not kid,s-garden, and there is much more mature ways to show it than having sutpid children running around.
-Making Soundwave and Bumblebee mute WAS Not my idea!
-I am bit frustrated how they made some characters bit too similar to their previous incarnations, Ratchet being obvious clone of his TFA:Animated self: this is not most disturbing mistakes, but i was kind of hoping they would try refresh routes on bots instead just copying the past.
Regardless some nuisances, promising preview, hopefully they correct some mistakes on future episodes.

Bulkhead's character certainly looks like a fill-in for Ironhide. Personality is pretty much the same. Hope he's not a replacement though.

I am glad that Cullen and Welker return to their heir roles, but frankly, otherwise i would, ve like to see War For Cybertron voices return to their roles( like Kari Walgren and Fred Tatasciore) instead having to get newly casted upon. I also dont like idea of Bubmlebee becoming mute again( dont overuse ideas!).
I am however delighted to hear Steve Blum as Starscream: i am fan of his, hopefully he does better screamer than Regal did.

It's said this cartoon will air on The Hub in December of 2010. P.S. the Eradicon name came from The Hub's website.

Couldn't agree with you more Fox, but I still want to wait to see the show before I pass any judgements!

I still don't see the need for a "stormtrooper/foot soldier" type character like these "Eradicons". It just takes away from ACTUAL characters, which there are hundreds to choose from.

1. You'll have to ask Optimussolo, since he's the one who owns the page.
2. Soundwave has no pictures and no confirmed voice actor at this point in time, so there wouldn't be much point in adding him.

ncz , i have a question , can you add Soundwave to the list because on Wikipedia it says that he will transform into a truck or a car ? He will appear in the cartoon.

That's because this is the first time since Energon that he doesn't share the same body as Bumblebee.
said at 9:39 AM on Sat Aug 14 2010
Yeah, I'm starting to warm up to it. Particularly because they remembered that Cliffjumper isn't just a red Bumblebee.
Replysaid at 11:50 PM on Fri Aug 13 2010
I wasn't a fan of the character designs based on that teaser of Bumblebee fighting that Decepticon drone, but the other characters (esp Arcee) are looking cool.
