I finally got around to watching this show. This might just be me, but, this show felt really western. It reminded me of x-men.

As far as the dub goes, it was pretty good. With the exception of kyotaro Azuma. I know the majority of the VAs were new. But, the performances felt lackluster. But, I really enjoyed Bryn and Sarah's lower registers.

I haven't seen this show or the dub but I like that we have a lot more obscure and newer VA's in this project and some VA's that haven't had work in quite sometime like Jim Foronda.

also they apparently have characters from another series called Ga-Rei, though they recast like almost all of the VA's that were in that dub with other VA's. I find that rather strange must have been time constraints or they forgot all about them?

@Autovolt I've seen the series, and the "Ga-Rei" characters aren't given a whole lot of screen time. They're only there for at most a single episode, at least a quick walk-by cameo. In that sense, I can kinda understand the re-castings.

As for the series itself, it's handled fairly well. I don't think it's the best out there, but the voice acting is done incredibly well. ADR Director Tyler Walker, in my opinion, knows how to take unknown/up-and-coming voice actors and have them deliver great performances. I'd say the series is worth a watch just to hear the performances.

@VocalChameleon

Considering how minor of a role those Ga-Rei characters had in Ga-Rei Zero (the show they're from), I wouldn't doubt that Tyler Walker didn't realize they were cross-over characters. Hence, he just cast them as random filler characters because they didn't seem significant.
