I'm probably the only person who found Wasp really annoying.

One thing that annoyed me was in season two they added Nick talking over the awesome theme! And all he ever said was introduce three members then stopped.
That is the one thing I miss with this show, none of the recent have catchy theme songs.

One of the things that really appeals to me about this show is that it has a very rich, inky, vibrant color palette. It's one of the only Marvel shows in the last decade (IMO) that come pretty close to feeling like a cartoon in comic book style rather than just a superhero show in general... hopefully that makes sense. If there's one thing I can always look forward to in every episode, it's that the colors are going to be eye-candy.

I like a lot of the characters, but I voted for Grim Reaper because Lance Henriksen.

I really got into the show as soon as he appeared.

@TheVengeanceKnight The character is awesome, but it's her voice that I fancy.

@Lion's Edge Yep, her wit and attitude is awesome and adorable. X)

@PsychicVoiceSpy A MAJOR improvement from her comic book portrayal, and a really likable character to boot. You could laugh with her and feel sorry for her many a time.

...And... The Casket of Ancient Winters...

That is all I will say.

Wasp: Oh yeah, I forgot you were in there!)
said at 2:20 PM on Tue Nov 12 2013
@Lion's Edge I have no knowledge of her comics version, but she's definitely my favorite character from the show. Heck, my favorite part of the show in general. Not that the rest isn't pretty darn good as well, but she's just too darn likable.
said at 2:39 PM on Tue Nov 12 2013
@PsychicVoiceSpy Janet Pym was favorite character for a while. until I saw the episode where Captain America breaks out of the Skrull prison. That made HIM my favorite character. But I still love Janet
said at 3:47 PM on Tue Nov 12 2013
@Lion's Edge I like her line in the season 1 finale
"I rode a flying horse through space!" Along with posing.

Oh wait, wrong adaptation.
said at 11:38 PM on Sat Nov 23 2013
@PsychicVoiceSpy She was my favorite as well at first, but after finishing season 2 and re-watching season 1, Captain America took her place. I still love her though, she's the heart of the team. I also liked how Ant-Man, Hawkeye, and Hulk were portrayed on the show.

I finally got done watching it yesterday, REALLY GOOD show!!! While it got weaker near the end, it at least had a decent ending. But there was still so much they could have done. I have tried to watch Avengers Assemble, but as I wrote on that shows page, it just ain't doing it for me. I know I'm quite late on this, but WHY DID THEY CANCEL THIS???!!

@DravenRoth994 From what I can gather, there was a change in management upstairs and they simply had other plans for the animated Avengers property. Can't really be helped.
said at 1:19 PM on Sun Nov 24 2013
@CatsTuxedo I figured that was the case. It may have been inevitable but it still really sucks. The characters here at least had depth. The ones on AA are as paper-thin as one can get

the voice cast for this show is near perfect.I havent seen such a well put together cast of vocies on a super hero show since DC animated univers.
However i say near perfect because of one, small exeption Drake ****ing Bell as Spiderman, again.

Spider-Man you can't blame on the show itself; they'd gotten Josh Keaton back, but then Loeb and Quesada went around and redub his lines with Bell.

NOOOOOOOO!!! It CAN'T be over OVER. With that LAME ending battle with Galactus!! They havnt even completed the Asgard vs Surtur story arc they were building up this season. What about Enchantress? Is she ever freed from Surtures control or is she still the demons mindless firewitch slave?? WHY are tey being so CRUEL and HEARTLESS to leave us hanging without at least completing the Asgard and Surture arc and let us know if Enchantress gets rescued or not?

@raven_star25 , I think that new "Avengers Assemble" TV show on Disney XD is a continuation of "Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heros". They have the same characters, except for Black Panther, Wasp, and Yellow Jacket were replaced by Black Widow and Falcon. It could be a few years later from the AWMH just like real time. But I mess the catchy theme song. And I bet Nick Fury is mad he lost his hair!

@FlashFearsomeBear Nah, seems more like it's set in the Ultimate Spider-Man universe.
TylerMirage (Admin)
said at 2:13 PM on Fri Jul 12 2013
@FlashFearsomeBear Yeah, Avengers Assemble has more in common with Ultimate Spider-Man than it does with EMH. In addition to the characters of Wasp/Hank/Panther, consider that although the Spider-Man oriented characters in EMH connect with USM, characters like Luke Cage and Iron Fist are completely different, basically nullifying any "EMH and USM are in the same universe"-ideas.
said at 3:15 AM on Mon Jul 15 2013
@raven_star25 You forgot Enchantress suddenly enjoying her power from Surtur and Loki being reduced to a lame 80s cartoon villain.
said at 9:19 AM on Sun Aug 11 2013
@VctrBnsn,TylerMirage. Well of course it's (Avengers Assemble) linked to Ultimate Spider-Man and Hulk and the Agents of SMASH. But if you've seen the latest Avengers Assemble episode. Then you'll see in the beginning of the ep, it shows the art of Avengers:EMH. But with different voices. So they might continue the story. I really hope so. EMH was the greatest. By the way EMH is on Netflix.
said at 6:13 PM on Wed Sep 4 2013
@VctrBnsn I haven't finished this show yet (I'm just about done with the first season), but man, this may be my current favorite superhero show, ever. When I get to the end of it, I bet it's going to feel like my first-born child disappearing off of the face of the Earth. :(
said at 6:49 PM on Wed Sep 4 2013
@PsychicVoiceSpy Yeah, Season 2 is great as well. And it just cuts itself short. This show had so many possibilities, but oh well.

@DravenRoth994 Rumor is the new Avenger show is a sequel but that's just a rumor.
Also, I like Ultimate Spiderman.
said at 11:33 PM on Thu Jul 19 2012
@Music Meister Well, I did hear about that, Loeb stated this around July 14. However, it's not all the same characters from EMH, which is disappointing. I don't mind if you like Ultimate Spiderman. It ain't to my liking however, from what I've seen so far, Spiderman almost can't go a minute without breaking the fourth wall. Any moment that could be taken seriously is immediately ruined by yours truly.

@SLEDGERAID Yeah, it's Drake Bell. It was originally going to be Josh Keaton, but Marvel decided to dub over his lines to promote Ultimate Spider-Man.
said at 3:43 AM on Tue Jun 5 2012
@UltimateCharm Whered u get this info? cause I read on wikipedia and well u know wiki they can be true but it can be lies!! and AW MAN I mean I personally think Drake Bell fits as Spidey, but Josh Keaton rocked as Spidey why would they such a move thats cold!!! and I also read that J.K Simmons reprised as JJJ please tell me this is true xD

@Sarge Ray Jamie Simone is the casting director for this show (as well as many of Marvel's recent animated projects), and he was also involved with casting for Naruto, Afro Samurai, and some other anime. He likely cast these actors due to familiarity with them and their work.

Thugs 1 and 2 are Gideon Mace and Big Ben Donovan, two obscure Luke Cage villains.
TylerMirage (Admin)
said at 3:57 PM on Sun May 6 2012
@D.A.V.E. Sweet, they have names. Unfortunately, this is one of those, well, unfortunate cases where only "Thug 1" and "Thug 2" are credited in an episode where there are more than five "thugs" that go without names. I could've used two *other* screencapped "thugs" that I have, but they'd still be credited as "Thugs". :( It makes things difficult to credit specific characters, but it's a sacrifice we're willing to make for really minor, inconsequential guest roles.
said at 12:08 AM on Sun May 6 2012
Oh nice Crispin Freeman and the OG Neil Ross now thats AWESOME!!! I thought Crossfire was voiced by David Lodge when I saw the ep rite now
said at 10:43 AM on Sat May 5 2012
it's a little nit picky for the moment and probably will be changed in time, but shouldn't at least Luke Cage and Iron Fist be put in recurring cast since released screen shots show them appearing along side other heroes later on?

said at 12:34 AM on Wed May 2 2012
@pete Considering the synergy between AEMH and MvC3, I'm surprised they didn't get Paul Dobson to play Doom again.
NCZ (Admin)
said at 6:23 AM on Wed May 2 2012
@TheVengeanceKnight If Doom is a recurring character, it'd have been too much trouble to get Paul again. The show records in LA, he's in Vancouver. For a game, it would probably have been less of a problem as there were likely fewer recording sessions. It'd be too much trouble for him to move or constantly travel back and forth for a show.
