Also I'm aware some characters appear in more than 1 episode and should be recurring role (e.g. Young Samurai Jack) but since they only speak ONE TIME I decided to group them as Guest Stars (unless my fellow admins disagree).

Well, its up to you but I stay by a pretty strict rule that if they appear in more than 1 episode no matter what they are a recurring character but I suppose it could be taken on a case by case basis.
