 2 Shout Outs!
The voices and designs look cool, but the show seems just OK.

I've never seen this show, but it seems to be doing a great job of showing how versatile Andrew Francis can be.

I've been noticing this lately, and I've dubbed it, the 'Mushi-shi Syndrome' See, when casting directors can't find enough VAs to have in their show, they do double casts, and sadly this is a result in the show. I felt so bad for Brian Drummond, JAYSUS he did waaay to much... I still think the show's good, but the Mushi-shi syndrome is what's really hitting it back down IMO.

@Regomania On the contrary, I see it as the casting director making economical use with what they've got. See, since Vancouver's talent pool isn't as sizable as that of Los Angeles, it wouldn't be practical to hire a separate voice actor for every single character that appears in the show. That and the voice actors they have at hand are so versatile that it wouldn't make sense not to take advantage of it.

Besides, if you think those examples of multi-casting are bad enough, wait till you've seen classic Looney Tunes ;)

@CatsTuxedo Yeah... Sadly I'm not Canadian... And I can see the problem with the limited VAs in Vancouver. But sometimes It erks me when a casting director over works a VA with too many roles.

I've seen som episodes here and there and it's pretty good. Humor can be lame but action wise it's fun and has some pretty good suspense and mystery on Steel's history.
I am curious on why make this a reboot of Max Steel, I mean besides a few characters its nothing like the original.

The humor is pretty lame from what I can tell, but it's an enjoyable sit.

I'm really shocked that this is a reboot, this and the original are nothing alike. I'm seriously astounded
