2 questions. When were Haley and Michelle switched out of their roles, and which of Amy's actresses was her original?

@Unknownsage13 Ok, so IGPX started out as a 5 episode microseries on Toonami before it got changed into a full length series.

The big change other than the voice actors was that the microseries was about robots fighting each other while the full series was about robots racing.

The microseries cast had Joshua Seth, Sandy Fox and Kari Wahlgren as Takeshi, Amy and Liz. Whilst Haley, Hynden and Michelle voiced them in the full series.

@Unknownsage13 Should've googled it first.

Takeshi-Joshua (OVAs), Haley (show)
Liz-Kari (OVAs), Michelle (show)
Amy-Sandy (OVAs), Hynden (show)

I know Haley wasn't as big at that point and Michelle hadn't become as big yet, just surprised they were willing to agree to be in a whole anime show.

 1 Shout Out!
Still sad and still holding onto hope for a 3rd season or a few episodes like they've done for some other shows. It'd be great to see more of the setting, the possibilities in the game, hell, I'd settle just for more character time outside of piloting for everyone else.

Still debating making a fan 3rd season audio drama.

Why can't we have more original anime shows?!

@Troodon2 Would you appreciate more "dub-packaged" shows, i.e. a show made by Japan w/network/streaming-service cooperation?

As opposed to the historical "we'll make it it for ourselves, & make serious additional cash off of foreign licensing with basic post-production"?

I mean, it's not like there aren't great stories that come out of a non-Western culture...like Death Note was made entirely for Japanese people. Satoshi Kon & Hayao Miyazaki had their studios make films for the Japanese.

Witcher & Metro were done by & for Russians, just released on American platforms.

But yes, it would be nice if we had more Japan-Hollywood cooperation. Hopefully Netflix & Internet streaming allows more of that, without network interference.

Anyone know why/when the voice cast was switched up?

@SPECTER It's because there was a mini series of igpx that was about 5 episodes long. I forgot who is who, just look it on the ipgx wikia
