DVD Collection 1 (episodes 1-13) was pretty good, DVD Collection 2 (episodes 14-26) was a bit disappointing.

Not just plot-wise but also the English dub. Shame because both were pretty good in Collection 1.

Collection 2's dub had some weird flubs and questionable rewrites (you can find a compilation vid on youtube) but what bothers me more is that 99% of the recurring characters had different VAs in Collection 2.

Too many characters for the voice director to keep track of for consistency? Scheduling problems?
