 2 Shout Outs!
If I'm being honest with you guys, the best thing about Family Guy after it was revived in 2005, was the improved voice acting.

Seasons 1-3 (with 3 being the sole expectation since it's a slight improvement) had very flat voice acting. I know the cast were new to voice acting at the time, but they all sounded like they were half-asleep. I will admit, Alex Borstein's Lois was only voice that sounded the best in seasons 1-3.

After its cancellation, what really improved the show for me, is that the voice cast really improved their performances. They all sound so much passionate in their roles. Only one voice worsen (that would be Borstein's Lois), but the others had improved their performances.

 1 Shout Out!
Believe it or not I actually heard Nolan North in this show. Can't exactly remember the episode but the cutaway gag had something to do with The Muppets.

 1 Shout Out!
I feel Family Guy has gotten really boring this reason, the Thanksgiving episode was funny, till they ruined it with a disgusting turkey killing joke at the end, because animal violence is hilarious NOT.

@pete Yeah, I miss when Family Guy was sensitive and didn't try to offend anyone.

@pete So you mean that one bad joke completely ruins an episode filled with funny ones? That's definitely not sensitivity talking.

@Skeeter Mania This issue come up after Familu Guy, The Cleveland Show, and American Dad had repeated animal violence, in one instance it was on the same broadcast. and in addition to this post there was another joke involving dead babies last season which almost made stop watching altogether, thankfully this season improved.

Yeah, that really wasn't funny coming off of Peter trying to be friends with the Turkey later on, until that happened.

@Skeeter Mania Actually forgot to mention this but the episode I mentioned wasn't even funny.

The most recent episode was.....interesting. It got pretty messed up towards the end.

I've been meaning to comment for a while on something about this show but forgot about it until now.

Anyway, it's weird how the seasons work over here in the UK as the DVD releases have some episodes from one season and some episodes of another. And yet the box has the word "season" on it and what ever the number is.

From what Truesonic says in the comment below, the last good season was Season 6.

So that means that if I do my research right, the first 7 dvd boxes and the first few episodes of the Season 8 dvds in the UK are the first 6 seasons in the US, are my right?

Hope this makes sense.

Unfortunately, I feel the quality of the show has really decreased in recent years.

I personally thought the last fully good season was Season 6 and then it sort of when downhill from there. From Season 7 and onwards, I feel the episodes started to become hits and miss. (A bit of a fluctuating state similar to how The Cleveland Show was). One minute, it will be funny but in the next episode, it will be uinteresting.

I thought Season 10 was an improvement but it's still lacking the quality it had in the first 6 seasons and there's slight inconsistency.

I look forward to watching the Simspons crossover though. Too bad I have to wait until next year to see it though.

Yeah, I don't think he'll stay dead for long. Apparently, Tony Siroco's stint on Family Guy is a 6 episode deal.

@AMT It's a hoax. Deadline broke the news.

Really? Cos I heard that he would be coming back in the christmas episode that airs in America tomorrow. Correct if I'm wrong but is it really true or not?

Funny how the Simpsons announced that they would kill a character and then Family Guy just happened to do the same
