I consider this to be the CGI equivalent of The Room (AKA So bad it's good)

@PollyPocketFan78 And keep in mind this was made back in the 90's, it didn't look too shabby back then.

I liked this show,I know some people had mixed feelings about the voices but I liked them even DKS voice(Kevin Michael Richardson would be more ideal imo). I kinded liked the singing too.

I feel like what makes this show work is that there's a sense of earnestness surrounding it.

The animation is hilariously primitive, but all the character models have a sense of charm to them. And it was one of the first full CGI shows, so at least it was somewhat ambitious and trying something new, not to mention capturing the aesthetic of the games (which were influential for simulating a 3D effect on the SNES). The sheer goofiness of the animation, the wacky plotlines, the corny yet passionate music, and the sitcom-esque, surprisingly cozy nature of the show altogether make it oddly endearing. As far as game cartoons go, it's not like the Holy Grail or anything, but it's definitely one of the better efforts and actually genuinely enjoyable to watch.

@NCZ - I also think that as far as voice work goes, it really does have some great voices. By which I mean a lot of them actually do fit the characters. The only exception to that is DK himself. Not that the voice in and of itself is bad by any means, it just doesn't fit DK

@NCZ I agree wholeheartedly and am glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. It does have a sense of coziness to it and it just makes me happy!
