Disney's Fluppy Dogs

A great Disney pilot to a proposed t.v. series that went bust before it was even allowed to expand into a series unfortunately. As one of the earliest projects by Walt Disney Television Animation, it's also the shortest. It's such a rarity, this premiered just a few days after I was born and I wouldn't come across to seeing at least some of this for the first time until the mid '90s while visiting someone's house. I caught up on viewing it in its entirety finally a few late nights/early mornings ago on Youtube. Nuts to the ratings rule, it shouldn't have been so short-lived. I like how one of the few changes made to Fluppy Dogs for the special was making it more appealing to both genders. Anyway, I found it great and dug it.

This brings back memories. I remember watching this at a friends birthday party when I was 8. It's a shame it was a one off thing.
