Wish they continued the Dub of this, they didn't even get to Haibara's Debut episode, even though they dub the movies that she appeared in.

Wow. I didn't even know Kazuha's name in English! xD! They only had her in like one episode in English, so I couldn't remember her English name very well.

Anyways, it's too bad Funimation didn't continue dubbing the show, even if most fans didn't like it. I loved it and I thought that the English dub was kinda cute. xD C'mon! Who can't fall in love with Alison's little kid voice and Shinichi's English name. Jimmy! lol. Kawaii, ne?

However, I've been finished with watching all 131 episodes in English, I moved on to the Original Japanese dubs now, and instantly fell in love Minami Takayama's voice at first sight. It's even cuter than Alison's! Sugoi! ^-^!

My favourite character is probably Heiji. Now I think it's Mouri...

 1 Shout Out!
Though it'll probably never happen it would be awesome if Funimation & TMS had a kickstarter for a new batch of episodes or heck I'd be happy with just a new movie getting licensed & dubbed.

Reasons why this show didn't sell well?

1. Americanization turned away hardcore fans
2. Funimation originally released the episodes in a random & confusing order
3. Mainstream fans won't collect a long series unless the characters are beating each other to a pulp and hardcore otaku usually collect only short series
4. Had horrible promotion

What a shame. I guess the best fans can hope for is maybe when Funimation's license expires Crunchyroll gets streaming rights for all episodes and Detective Conan also gets a new simulcast. Though if you're a dub fan you'll be SOL

I remember one episode where it was said Harley (Heiji) was from Alberta, Canada. That was definitely awkward...

 2 Shout Outs!
Every time I watch one of those "police procedural" shows like CSI, NCIS, Cold Case, Criminal Minds, and all their many spinoffs/copies, I am constantly reminded that Case Closed did all that better. The mysteries are more interesting, the characters are more likable, and let's face it, nobody is better than Jimmy Kudo when it comes to solving mysteries.
