Funny how they got Grim from Billy and Mandy to be in this dub.

@PokeDude011 I believe he went under a psuedonym or he was uncredited. From what I know Bleach's dub is non-union & VA's that are union only can't do non-union stuff without doing those two things listed above.

@PokeDude011 Greg Eagles is a small-time actor, & one of the reasons (MGS's dub) that he got to be in Kris Zimmerman's Billy & Mandy show...is *BECAUSE* he was open to dubs.

Top that off with Studiopolis being a great studio, & Bleach's dub, though non-union, still having a greater budget than most post-bubble burst dubs...

it's not hard to see why Cam Clarke, Marc Worden, Greg Eagles, Janice Kawaye, & a few others you don't see in many dubs anymore...were in this dub.

@huzaifa_ahmed Peter Lurie & Beau Billingseau are two others that voice characters in this dub

@Shaun Ince Beau was also in the Dynasty Warriors series which is also non union

@huzaifa_ahmed There's also that mystery as to who Chad's first VA was in the first few seasons. Some sources say it was Marc Worden before it switched to Jamieson Price. Though I haven't seen a legitimate source that backs up this claim.

@HienFan He was also in Cowboy Bebop, & countless other non-union dubs back in the day. Altho he is a live-actor so I can see someone presuming he's union.

@Shaun Ince I'm not sure where this came from. If it came from someone reasoning similar to me..I'm not sure if I can agree, because there are dozens of similar-sounding VA's constantly visiting Studiopolis, & I cant presume that it's one VA or another simply based on "past experience" & "similar voice".

My reasoning, btw, is this: the same time as Bleach was being dubbed, Marvel had recently switched to Studiopolis for a consistent recording studio (which they almost exclusively use, to this day), & Marc Worden was cast as Iron Man in their animated features.

It was 2 years prior to RDJ's reestablishing of the character, & in this time, auditions for Bleach were likely going around. Marc Worden doesnt seem to have *too* many credits, even at the time. Considering how he was doing well with the studio on the Marvel stuff, he figured he'd use Bleach to hang around the studio. Apparently, he didnt do *too* well, but Jamie Simone occasionally directed some of Bleach's dub, & he later recorded Marvel Heroes (which is why it has VA's like JYB, Julianne Buescher, & Susan Dalian in it btw), & I suppose Punisher is close enough to Chad that he used him there as well.

Of course it cant be confirmed, for obvious reasons. But I'd like to know where the rumor came from.

@huzaifa_ahmed That theory makes the most sense I think.

I just started rewatching the series and I think I might know who's voicing Chizuru, but unfortunately I can't tell for sure. So, can some one else tell me if they think that she might be voiced by Cindy Robinson?

Bleach needs an abridged version without all the needless conversation before the combat its like DBZ in that way good series but takes too long in getting around to the action at times

I think he may be running dry though. The Vandenreich all kinda have doppelgangers.

@mbthvsk I only just started the final arc, so I'll see myself I guess. There are still a lot of different characters in it throughout the rest of the series.

I watched this show for many years. I now realize it was a major waste, its nearly over and is ending on a filler, aka the worst parts of the show. I should have quit watching long ago.

@darkersoul

The fullbring arc is not filler, unless you're talking about the Gotei 13 Invading Army Arc, but it's not ending on that Arc.

@darkersoul Yeah, the current arc on Toonami is canon. The final arc is still ongoing in the manga. I don't know if they will animate and/or dub it. Perhaps once it's finished or really close to done to avoid doing any more filler.

Finally Bleach is getting back to the cannon material here on Adult Swim.
I didn't realize that episode 266 was just a recap, but its been a while since I watched the show. I wasn't too fond of the Zanpakuto arc.

I sincerely hope that the anime of Bleach returns in the next two years or so to animate the final arc of the manga because these events are far to important not to be seen in animated form!
