I've heard about this show several times, and I don't like it. Why? Allen Gregory is just another one of those cookie-cutter animated comedies that don't have much of a humor factor... and it's the same problem with South Park (before season 9 or 10), The Simpsons, and even Family Guy (before season 5 or 6). I think the only consistent show nowadays is Beavis and Butt-head on MTV :/

@Ninjaman15 I don't understand why primetime networks don't try for animated dramas. Why do they all have to be comedy?

@Foxwolf I just wish they would use true voice actors instead of celebrities who think they can get the job done. The lead Simpsons characters are voiced by true voice actors like Dan Casteranetta and Nancy Cartwright... why can't other animated comedies?

Besides, I've barely heard of this show anyway!

@PurpleWarrior13 Keith David looks to be the only regular voice actor in the cast.

And the show is part of Fox's animation domination block of programming.

@Foxwolf They don't have to, alright? But back to my own topic here, I still think that a majority of comedies are becoming stale over the years. In fact, I rarely knew about those sorts of shows at the time as a kid because I watched Toonami! Over time, I finally did research and from what I can tell, MTV's Beavis and Butt-head is the only "true" show that's still trying. Props to Judge and his team of writers!

And hey! If the rest of you guys (PurpleWarrior13 or anyone else) can't accept my opinion, then fine. Otherwise, I just don't know what else to say and I'm unable to counter your own opinions because that would just be my damn, rotten luck.

Overall, Allen Gregory is something I wouldn't recommend.

@PurpleWarrior13 How have you not heard of this? You don't see the commercials every other second haha

@Ninjaman15 not sure what your first line is in respond to and the whole second paragraph really makes no sense. NO one was arguing against you they were just giving more reasons why they don't like the show lol

I don't know about you guys, but I'd consider Christina Pucelli and Lacey Chabert "real voice actors".

@NCZ I'm with you on Lacey Chabert. I soooooo wish that the individuals behind Family Guy should've credited her. At least when she did the role of Meg at the time, I thought the character was gonna be likeable until Mila Kunis's stereotypical teenage angst took over!

Thus, that's one of the reasons I don't watch Family Guy anymore, but I really stopped around after season 4 or 5.
