The next title in the DreamWorks Animation library is Rise of the Guardians, a modern take on the fairytale characters Santa Claus, Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, Sandman and Jack Frost. The story is based on a book series "The Guardians of Childhood", written by William Joyce.

The characters band together as a group of heroes to stop Pitch the Nightmare King from sending the world into eternal darkness.

As expected from DreamWorks, the voice talent is cast with celebrities including Alec Baldwin, Hugh Jackman, Isla Fisher, Chris Pine and Jude Law.
