The first trailer has been released for the sequel Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs 2, with the story focused on the food invented by Flint Lockwood, which has now mutated into living beings.

@Music Meister I think I read somewhere it's based on a trilogy of books. but I'm not sure how closely they're following the source material.
