The sequel to the surprise 2009 hit by Sony Pictures Animation, Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs 2 takes off where the last movie ended. Flint Lockwood's FLDSMDFR invention (which was seemingly destroyed) has continued to work and it's evolutionary production has created and island of food-animal hybrids. Bill Hader and Anna Faris reprise their roles of Fint Lockwood and Sam Sparks.

""It's created these living food creatures that have basically taken over Flint's home, the island where he lives. That island is kind of like Jurassic Park," says Hader. The punny food-animal hyrids, or food-imals, include the likes of tacodiles, fruit cockatiels, cucumbirds, bananostriches, flamangoes, wildabeets and watermelophants.

"I love the shrimpanzees," says Faris. "They're my favorite. They're sort of these wildly beautiful, giant shrimp that move like a chimpanzee. They sort of lope along with these huge shrimp arms.""
