Well, Jeff Bennett won for Best Voice Acting in an Animated TV Production as Kowalski, though he wasn't there to accept the award. Neither was the winner for Best Voice Acting in a Feature Production

for tv i'll go all the way with Dee Bradley Baker (he proved it with the Umbaran Arc), for Movie i'll go with Gary Oldman, it was soo perfect for villains

For TV voice acting I'd either go with Bader as Batman or Tara Strong as Timmy.
