What I love about this flick is the amount of radio veterans it has.

I mean, you get Neil Ross, Lionel Stander, Paul Eiding, Casey Kasem, Corey Burton, Stan Jones, Don Messick, Jack Angel, Regis Cordic, Eric Idle and FRIGGIN' ORSON WELLES!!!!

I mean, there's nothing better than this!!! You get these radio veterans and some of the best American performers in the 80s and one of the best recording directors ever, and the result is amazing and mind-blowing. This movie has a lot of great performances and quirky voices that make the characters extremely memorable.

@Starscreamsfan The cast of this movie is phenomenal. The series already had a stellar cast and the celebs were great additions.

@Polyester Funk Indeed. The celebs were really good in this. Sure, I may be more used to the TV show performers than the celeb performers (like preferring Dick Gautier over Judd Nelson, Roger C. Carmel over Orson Welles, etc.), but the celebs were equally good. Their acting was excellent.

@Starscreamsfan It was awesome though I wish there were more young decepticons like Hot Rod instead remakes of the insecticons, Megatron or a couple of seekers.

@virtual revenger Hmmm. Now that I think about it, it would have been cool to see a military training facility for young, up-and-coming 'Cons.

Can I just say that this movie looks gorgeous? The animation is just so good and the quality jumps up even more whenever Unicron is around. It's a real treat for the eyes. Not to mention the soundtrack.

@Zillah Indeed.

Oh, I don't know if you noticed this, but this film used one of Bob Holt's stock Hulk roars. When Unicron witnesses Prime's death, and discovers that the Matrix has been passed to Ultra Magnus, he roars angrily. This is the Hulk roar. It's also used on other scenes later on in the film.

This movie has such a rockin' soundtrack. Sometimes I just crank it on the way home from work. :D

@TylerMirage Yeah this soundtrack was great. It was so very 80s, but I love that. The TF theme has that guitar going on that is just something.

I know this will make me sound like a weirdo, but I don't really listen to music much at all, but this soundtrack just gets to me. I don't know what it is.

It's a shame that some members of this cast weren't carried over to the main series, like Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime, Galvatron, and Ultra Magnus.

I think you have Hot Rod and Ultra Magnus' pictures mixed up.

@SpongeBat1 They're not. If you're seeing them the wrong way then it's probably a problem on your end.

@SpongeBat1 It was definitely an issue on your end. I checked earlier and everything was in order.

Yeah, I didnt put either of the Junkions or some of the other alien bots. So, do I need pics of 3 different quints on here? Which one should be the judge, which the leader, and which am I missing? And did Carmel do two of them or Cordic?
