I can picture a bunch of three year olds in suits at a big table coming up with the story (and jokes) for this movie.

Man, I haven't seen this movie in probably 16-17 years. I have no strong interest in revisiting it (I prefer Back in Action), but from what I remember, it did have good special effects for it's day, very good voice acting, and while the concept was weird, it's tons of fun!

Information is archived well these days but if there was some horrible disaster someday and the internet ceased to exist and all books were also destroyed, wouldn't it be amusing if 1000 years or so from now this movie survived and was then viewed as a real documentary of Michael Jordan's return to basketball? :P

Lately, I've been hearing rumors about a sequel to this movie but there's been no talks about it so far.

Can anybody here confirm if this is it true or false?

Lebron (or like his manager or something) confirmed he has no plans to be in a sequel to Space Jam

@Music Meister

Thanks for the confirmation. I got confused for a second when I saw it on imdb.

@Music Meister Not quite sure if it's happening or not. The internet is a tricky place...

@Music Meister I believe it was his manager. Lebron said he would love to do it because he liked this one. But like I said I believe his manager said no, but I'm not entirely sure.

One of the worst excuses for a Looney Tunes features I have ever witnessed. With a cast of unfunny Looney Tunes, blatant commercialism, a completely boring Michael Jordon (seriously, the guy cannot act...all he can do is throw a basketball into a hoop, but that does not consummate into acting), and a completely uninspired and pointless plot, whoever had the idea of writing this movie needed very badly to be fired from Warner Bros. for ruining the Looney Tunes for years on end after this came out.

@foxx278 Blame Warner Bros. in general for wanting to update for our generation.

@foxx278 Space Jam wasn't that bad. I thought parts of it were legitimately funny.

@foxx278 Ruined Looney Tunes? Oh, man. Yes, you're right. This single movie ruined the entire franchise. RUINED FOREVER. :p
