The opening scene is excellent( the opening scenes in the Scream Franchise were always one of the best parts of the film outside of Scream 3's opening which was simply bland and not very good)and Kevin Williamson returns to write the script once again so the dialogue is sharp but that's about the only good thing about this film other then that it fails to live up to Scream 1 and 2 but it is indeed better then Scream 3 without a doubt.

Scream 2 seemed at little overdone in my opinion, but I still really liked it. :) I agree that Scream 3 is the worst. I thought it was just "okay", and not really interesting to watch.
