there are 2 credited characters that I'm unable to match with images.
Thug #1 and Guard. If anyone knows what they're supposed to look like, please feel free to share.

Also, if anyone can confirmed who voiced all the minor characters, that'd be helpful too.

@Foxwolf Vicki Vale's english voice is Grey DeLisle, and News Anchor Tom is without a doubt Steve Blum
