The Johnny Backseed Show is a project I've been working on for awhile. It's audio only and it's in the format of a fake radio talk show. The purpose is to contain insane, over-the-top humor in it's far fetched world. This will be the fourth full episode of the series. Previously I have done all the voices myself, however since they get extremely small amounts of views I would like to have additional actors to help the series get noticed.

Brief Synopsis: Johnny and Marky run a highly successful radio show. Their show consists of several hilarious segments as well as hilarious commercials in between segments.

What I am looking for in voices: They need to be ridiculous and silly, however they must fit with the show's style; you must be able to convey some emotion (specifically yelling and/or anger). Most of the characters that are needed do not require an amazing microphone as they will have a telephone effect over it, however all the characters that are non-callers (the producer, ad announcers) must have decent quality. I am planning on having the entire project done by the end of the month so you must be very punctual in getting your lines in if you get a role. Note: if you are part of the cast, you must be able to take constructive criticism, you may or may not have to redo lines if need be.

If you are given a part: You must contact my email address ASAP at Frankdancis@gmail.com. In your email please include: your character; the name you wish to be credited with; and a link to a social media page you that you wish to have in the credits. From there I will contact you with more details regarding the finalized lines. Your lines will be sent through email only. Not Skype or anything else.

Other things you should know:
*You will not be paid, this is volunteer work only.
*This is an one time only project, in the future episodes there will be a different cast of characters.
*I will be doing the voices of the host and co-host as well as a couple background characters (or any other part that isn't filled).
*To maximize your chance of getting a role: audition for as many parts as possible.
*Casting will be determined on the amount of available roles.
*If you get a role, contact me within 72 hours otherwise you position will be filled.
*If you are given a role and have contacted me but have not gotten a response after a few hours, please send it again, Gmail is known to lose emails.

If you are part of the project but no longer wish to be in it, contact me and I will fill the role with someone else.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact me at my email address.

Here is the entire series so far: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL9JYFRJKkkPDCQI3i3r74stb8LhDm7dZb
Good luck :-)

*UPDATE* Out of the two websites that this casting call is located on, I believe I have solid choices for all characters except for Caller 2. Audition for that to have the greatest opportunity of getting a role. I'll start casting if I believe that I have a solid choice on that character.

*UPDATE 2* I only need a voice for Caller 2. I have a good idea on everyone else. ONLY audition for Caller 2, I won't accept any for anyone else. I'm still in the process of deciding roles so the other characters will still appear to be open.

*IMPORTANT UPDATE* That's it! I'm ready to start assembling a cast; no more auditions are needed. Thank you all for trying out!

Ad 2 Narrator

NO
IMAGE
Name: Ad 2 Narrator
Gender: N/A

Narrator for the second ad. This ad is about a public assassin service. The voice I'm looking for has to be dark, but also funny. He does appear later on in the show briefly to kill Caller 5.

Audition Lines:
Line 1:
"They're around us. Who are they? People we simply do not like. Whether it be a jerk who

You have problems, we have answers."
Line 2:
"We are a highly trained group of assassins who upon request
will annihilate anyone regardless who it is."
Line 3:
"This world is full of jerks, and our goal is to wipe every one of them out. Call 1-800-DEATH right now and we will give you a free bracelet from
our company."

Just realized, the punctuation may be off on the second line. Im happy to re-do it if you want.

HELP
  FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
• Why is there a limit to 4 active projects per member?
While a project owner is welcome to have as many active projects running as they wish outside BTVA, the limit is imposed because having too many active projects can be somewhat "unrealistic". We want those who are auditioning to feel that each project is getting the attention and quality it deserves given auditioners themselves are putting in their own time and effort. Once a project owner flags a project as "Completed", they are welcome to create a new project.
• Can I audition more than once for a character?
The system is built to allow ONE audition per character. This is to avoid having a number of auditions from the same member and making the project owner have to listen to all of them. For now, if you or the project owner wishes you to submit another audition, the project owner will need to "Delete" your audition. The project owner can do this in the "Edit Character/Manage Auditions" link.
• How do I flag a character as being Cast?
As a project owner you will see a "Edit Character/Manage Auditions" link for each character. Clicking it will allow you to Cast, Backup or Pass an audition. Casting a character will prevent new auditions from being submitted for that character.
• Why do I need a valid email address?
If you audition for a project and are cast in a role, you will notified by email.
