I think, based on the voice compares, the best voice cast for a spiderman series would be
Josh Keaton as Spiderman
Steven Blum as Green Goblin,Hobgoblin,Lizard
Daran Norris as Venom,Shocker
Fred Tatasciore as Carnage,Scorpion,Sandman
Clancy Brown as Rhino
Jim Cummings as Kraven the hunter
Crispin Freeman as Electro
Dwight Shultz as Vulture
David Kaye as Mysterio

As for Dr.Octopus the only 2 suting voices i heard are either to aged or to expensive,as for chameleon he only has one present day voice witch i find a bit unsiting
