Characters from episode "The Night the Clown Cried"
As the first episode of season 2, it introduces 3 new recurring characters along with a few one time only characters as well.

As the second episode of the second season, it's about Marci (Hot Dog Water) joining the gang in Daphne's absence.

Characters from "Web of Dreamweaver"
As the fourth episode of season 2, the gang fully reunited solves a mystery where Sheriff Stone and three of his childhood friends are threatened by a monster haunting them in their dreams. Also, in the end, Fred's real parents return to Crystal Cove to reunite with their wayward son Fred knowing that he took down the Freak of Crystal Cove. And Tia Carerre, who voiced Amy in season 1 returns as the voice of Judy Reeve because of her role as Sydney Fox from Relic Hunter and both Static Shock stars Phil LaMarr and Jason Marsden voice two of Sheriff Bronson Stone's friends.

Characters "Hodag of Horror"
5th episode of season 2, as Daphne's parents throw a welcome back party for Fred's parents, Shaggy and Scooby discover a Hodag from inside a special trailer of a mobile truck that comes to life and starts attacking people for their valuable belongings. Also, Jennifer Hale, who voiced Daphne's sister Deliah ends up swiping the role of Daisy, another one of Daphne's sister for no reason. At least there's still two more unaccounted for. And to be reminded of some of the familiar characters we see here from season 1, George Advacados, from episode 3 returns and is now considered a recurring character.

Here are characters from Art of Darkness. Just to let you know starting in this episode here casting director Collette Sunderman started calling back people who did roles in season 1.
