I remember one time in first grade (most likely in 2000) when my class watched a video of "The Ugly Duckling". And I noted that the ugly duckling had the same voice as Cow and Chicken. Only last year did I buy the video tape on Amazon, and my suspicion was confirmed in the credits.

But before we add this guy, I think we'll need to clarify how exactly to add this role. This is part of the Rugrats series, but it's not a regular episode. It's longer and Wikipedia classifies it as a 'special'. So mods/admins, what shall we do?

Added these guys. Is there any chance you know what episodes those credits are from? Like, season, episode, title, etc.? It'll make adding the credits/verifying the other roles with the checkmarks a lot easier for us. But we'll have to wait for Jackson to have some free time in order to classify them as 'GUEST' (or 'RECURRING' or whatever).

Well, it was originally shown as a one hour episode, so yes.

Production-wise it's 2 episodes, Part 1 and Part 2. So it's a two-parter (there are other Rugrats eps like this) and it's part of the regular series.
