![]() BTW, we have tried voting on Google Chrome and on IE. Could the browser be the issue? Last edited by eaglewings; 09-27-2011 at 03:23 AM. Reason: Adding content |

Hmm, I just tried on Chrome myself, and it worked for me. Which version of Chrome and IE were you trying on?

It says that we are up to date on both versions with the Google Chrome version being 14.0.835.186 and the IE version being 8.0.7600.16385. Could it be that it's a problem because my friend and I were trying to use my daughter's computer while visiting her? She had already voted successfully. Is it that no more votes will go through on that computer? I'm obviously not very knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff! I appreciate the help!

Yeah, your browsers are up to date. Very strange. It's 1 vote per registered account. If you can see the VOTE NOW button when you're logged in, you should be able to vote. Can you describe what happens after you click VOTE NOW? Does the page reload?

Is it due to being at the same IP address?

I log in, go to the contestant's name and click on VOTE NOW. After that the page refreshes, but when I scroll down to the contestant's name it still shows the VOTE NOW button. My daughter said after she voted it showed the date she voted, but it's not doing that for us.

Do you have a different PC to try it on?

I would wait for Fox to maybe look into it first. Still got time to vote anyhow.
