Kirby is voice by Makiko Omoto, who is female, so yeah, that's a pretty sure thing.

In the Latin American dub of Animaniacs a woman voices Wakko most of the time she gives him this squeaky little kid voice at times it's even higher than Dot's, but there are times when she tries to imitate his voice and it comes off very awkward.

And in the Japanese dub of Spongebob Squarepant Patrick and Plankton are voiced by women the actress who does Plankton she just makes him sound like a cute little girl which is not how he is at all and the actress for Patrick she attempts to do his voice but it's just very awkward, the movie dub however does give them male voice actors that sound more like their English counterparts.

In Japanese you mean? He's always voiced by a dude in English. Anyway it could because of his constant gender confusion or just to make him sound cute.

In fat it appears that most dubs of Looney Tunes have Tweety voiced by a woman. In recent years (ie. The Looney Tunes Show) Hungary and Israel realized the gender confusion and eah hired a man.
