Default Futurama

First off, I just gotta say this is an excellent show. Which leads me to ask, how have the new episodes been? I haven't seen any of them (the only ones I ever catch are episodes from the original run). "The Late Phillip J. Fry" is apparently one of the series' best episodes, but I've heard mixed opinions on the rest.

What does everyone else think?

Being an old school fan of Futurama, when it was cancelled and then brought back via the direct-to-video movies, I have to say (while I didn't watch all of them) I was a little disappointed.
However, I decided to give Season 6 a try (the season that actually aired on Comedy Central), and let me tell you Futurama is back and better than ever. There are some real golden classic episodes in this Season 6. I actually just finished watching all 24 (26?) episodes. Farnsworth gets the Emmy from me (from the entire cast that is )

As for the classics, the best ep imo is "Roswell That Ends Well".

The only movie I've seen is Beast with a Billion Backs. I still need to get around to watching the others.

My personal favourites are "Hell is Other Robots" and "Anthology of Interest II". The latter partly because it was the first one I ever saw, and the former because it entertains me every time I watch it. Roswell That Ends Well was another really good one.

I've been watching the show on Netflix lately, and I gotta say the new episodes are just as good as the old ones! If it weren't for the references to modern-day things, it'd be impossible to tell them apart. The writers and voice actors are brilliant.

Season 6 is totally on par with the original seasons (some episodes even better). Can't wait for season 7.
