Man I've had trouble finding a Vandal Savage DCUO clip. Apparently he's in the Command Control Center of the Hall of Doom in the game, but all the videos I've watch of the "Hall of Doom tour" don't seem to visit him

Though I hear the new DC 52 is going to officially change Captain Marvel's name to Shazam.

Well Marvel Took it when Fawcett first lost the right to print the character to keep the name in their company, so when DC acquired fawcett's heroes they had to call the comic something else to use him. But not with Billy getting the name Shazam, he can't tell people his name anymore.
