Kath Soucie as Timmy Turner (The Fairly OddParents).

It's only two lines at 2:09 or 2:57 (http://www.nick.com/videos/clip/chan...rs-cart-f.html). She was not credited, but Timmy sounds EXACTLY like Phil from "Rugrats" in those scenes.

The first one is valid but we will have to look into it to identify the actress before we do a VC.

The second one isn't a good source. We aren't going to buy DVDs of a show just to confirm one credit. That's way too much of a hassle.

Ah, all right. It was pretty hard for me to tell Tara and Kath apart in that one scene.

Courtney is a bit of a confusion. Christian Potenza, the voice of Total Drama's host, didn't even KNOW Courtney had a different voice. (Some voice compares list characters as "Unknown Voice Actor"; Total Drama records in Canada)

As for Pam Segall as Derek (Bobby's brother in Bobby's World), I'll track down some episodes on Kabillion (an on-demand channel). By the way, those were episode downloads on the Amazon link. Not DVDs.

Those VCs were made before we clearly established that we don't do 2-person VCs if one of them isn't known.

As for Bobby's World, it's the same principle even if they aren't DVDs. We're not going to pay to confirm information unless one of us is enough of a fan to do so.

I'll add Beast Boy when he gets some more lines, which should be in this weeks episode of Young Justice.

Might hold off on Batgirl as well. She didn't have a lot of lines.
