Re: Which western animation voice actor(s) would you love to see in an anime?

Justin Roiland, I think hearing him in an Anime would make it slightly watchable and all the more hilarious.

Re: Celebrities who you'd like to see do more voiceover work

Also another celebrity I want to see do more voice work. Werner Herzog, after hearing him in Rick & Morty and The Wind Rises he has a very unique and rare quality to his voice.

Re: RIP Harry Shearer's Simpsons Characters

If anything with Harry Shearer leaving the show, now would be a great time to bring this show to an end. It's not funny anymore and it's got to the point where The Simpsons is doing nothing except...

Re: Stan Freberg passes away at 88

Stan was quite a legend, his involvement in things like Lady and the Tramp & Looney Tunes felt special and was worth something worth keeping an eye out. RIP to quite a big name in the business.

Re: are you going to miss Kirby Morrow in Ocean's Kai?

In short, No.

Simply because I love Kirby Morrow's voice work, I think he is an amazing and talented voice actor of the Vancouver side of voice acting but Goku was easily his worst role. To me it...

Re: Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2015)

So far I am really enjoying the show a great deal. RID is a vast improvement from Transformers Prime a mile ahead which is why I don't see this being a sequel, more like it's it's own show that if...

Re: 10 Best Voice Directors of All Time

I certainly name a couple of names, not 10 as I'm not too familiar with that many but the best I can list off are 5.

1. Jack Fletcher

One of the most underrated and overlooked voice directors...

Re: Potential (but currently unknown) Voice Actor Throwback Project for the older VAs

I really like this idea alot.

The biggest problem I feel has become something in voice acting as of late as even though we are seeing newer and younger talent come up through the voice acting...

Re: Why some people STILL treat dubbing in general as a bad thing?

People can't stand change I guess, that's more than a couple of reasons why people are still hostile towards dubbing.

Re: Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2015)

So do I, especially since Prime left such a bad taste in my mouth that I hope this show manages to achieve that which Prime failed to be which was a satisfying show (at least for me).

Re: Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2015)

I was at first not feeling it for this show, now I'm rather hyped. Because of the show's tone mostly which has me pretty excited, for it returning to more of a Animated/Beast Wars vibe of...

Re: Are Vancouver dubs going to go extinct?

That's kind of how I feel about the current state of things, I'm mixed towards Funimation's Approach to dubbing Anime and it seems unfair for them to take up whatever comes there way. However since...

Gunbuster English Dub

One of the most criminal things to have happened to this Anime is that it has never (and probably never will) receive an English dub of any kind, so let's see if we can add something to this a...

Re: Are Vancouver dubs going to go extinct?

If the Canadian dollar has some how managed to star improving then I'm sure somehow after the Ocean dub of DBZ Kai then Vancouver will get back into the dubbing scene of Anime again. Somehow that way...

Re: Are Vancouver dubs going to go extinct?

Somehow in all this I'm sure with DBZ Kai's Ocean dub they might be making something of a comeback, however when you look at how they have been doing recently things are looking kind of slim for them...

Re: Has David Kaye separated from the Ocean Group?

I'm 100% certain that David has kind made his career established in LA more now, so I don't think he's kind of done with any Ocean voice overs unless he would need to fly back to Canada and do...

Re: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Here's an Ocean Group lineup, if they were to ever have a go at getting it again to make up for the hatchet job they did with Next Mutation.

Leonardo - Brian Drummond

Raphael - Michael Dobson ...
