Dang, that's pretty deep. I've actually been watching the Watchmen motion comic lately and it has a lot of parallel moments like that where one situation or discussion will relate to another situation going on at the exact same time, the transitions for those are always really clever.

That's pretty cool, though I'm not really surprised, it sounded really good. Interesting to know that this version was recorded specifically for the show.

That's fine. I got around to finishing the game too. The hidden base levels were definitely a change of pace. Not to mention getting to battle Doc Ock and Carnage afterwards.

Efrem was so entertaining in the battle. I could never get tired of how he delivered the "No. I'm defeated!" and "It cannot end this way..." after beating him. I actually enjoyed Dee's Carnage too. He did a great job giving me the creeps when I first played the game.

The final level was just as unsettling, but it was worth it for the funny ending. It's still a great game to play today.

"What's a Mysterio?" "Hey, I got a Bingo! Ha ha ha ha! You think you're so smart!"

I'll try to check that out in a few days when I can really focus on it, but it sounds really cool.

I haven't seen Ultimate yet, but I was actually planning on checking out the original series and then Ultimate pretty soon.

Just saw it. Man...that got really violent and trippy.

The animation was flippin' beautiful and the voice work was pretty nice too. I think my only complaints are that something about the Nazi at 1:25 sounded kinda iffy, and the girl at 3:38 looked like she was screaming especially at the end of her dialogue, and while the acting sounded appropriately frantic, the voice sounding all whispery was kinda weird.

Those nitpicks aside, the acting was pretty solid otherwise. Alucard made one hell of an entrance here, his laughing actually reminded me a little of a younger sounding Tony Jay and the rest of his performance here sort of reminded me of one of Robin Atkin Downes' more sinister roles. The guy playing the Nazi with stubble at 2:14 in particular sounded like he had a lot of fun recording his dialogue and it was pretty appropriately hammy and fit the situation really well. "FIAH THE GUNS!"

I also really liked the German operatic music here.

We've actually been getting a lot of the scenes done voice acting-wise, we have everything up until the final battle with Geese. Everything's recorded, my friend just needs to put it together. I'd send you more but they're very unfinished at the moment, they lack sound effects and music for the most part and some parts are bound to be added and changed editing-wise. There are a few particularly funny parts that I could probably show you, although maybe I'll wait until we get a trailer up, I'm not 100% sure.

I'll check that out in a bit.

My problem with Loomis' Tony/Iron Man isn't the high pitched voice, it's just that I don't hear RDJ in his voice like so many people do. I've watched Avengers EMH lots of times, and I still don't hear any RDJ similarities in his voice. Come on, RDJ has a deeper voice, while Eric's voice is way higher and more nasal. I don't understand how anyone could believe that they sound exactly alike.

And when it comes to smug charisma, I think Marc Worden, Adrian Pasdar, David Kaye and Crispin Freeman have it more than Eric. People complain about Adrian getting cast all the time as Iron Man, but I don't see why that wouldn't be a problem with Eric. Is it because his performance in EMH was so great that he'll never be bad? Oh wait, he sounded pretty bad in MvC: Infinite. But I suppose jerks like Anicomicgeek, TheVengeanceKnight and The Doctor will say that his performance was great because he was great in EMH or some crap like that.

You know, I'd like to see Daran play Tony one day.

We'll be hearing Kite's voice in just three weeks. Hard to believe the dub has gotten this far. Feels like Yesterday when I told you that Viz got the rights. Anyway, my pick for Kite is Lex Lang.

I honestly find Eric Loomis' Tony Stark to be overrated. And I never heard much RDJ in his take, given that RDJ sounds deeper while Eric sounds higher.

I suppose Daran would fit Broly because he can go high and deep.
