I feel like Don Brown and Michael Dobson were misdirected for Kibito, King Cold and Supreme Kai.

Here's a voice from Don that would have been much more fitting for Kibito.

Thought you might find this interesting: http://www.cloudy.ec/v/9e2e99a133e80

A friend of mine rescored part of an Arc-V dub episode with the original Japanese soundtrack. And while it's not as good as a professional job (occasional echo and the audio levels aren't perfectly mixed like a professional dub), it's amazing what a difference it makes.

I "think" the idea is that he's meant to sound like Greg Abbey's Yusei. But it didn't really fit Yugo all that well to me, unfortunately.

His Yuri did start off rather generic admittedly. But I feel he found his footing in the Synchro arc, and managed to sell Yuri's bloodlust despite the script at times, haha.

Oh yeah, what do you think of the Funi cast for the Ace Attorney anime? I think Eric Vale is definitely a great fit for Phoenix judging from this trailer https://t.co/5Sco8TDOes and Bryan Massey is a great choice for Gumshoe on-paper as well IMO. But I was a little sad that they didn't at least keep Sam and Kyle as their respective characters, however.

One thing I love about voice actors is how dedicated they are to their work.

For example, when Aya Hisakawa (Sailor Mercury and Unohana) has to do a crying scene, she cries for real.

Some people will probably think I'm too kind towards Linda if I think that she deserves another shot as Wasp. They'll probably think the same when it comes to Ian and Peter as Goku.

The Toronto voice actors don't have the best stuff to work with most of the time, much like the Vancouver voice actors, but they're surprisingly versatile.

For example, I'm surprised that the first English Sailor Moon voice also played Emma Frost in X-Men TAS.

If you've heard his Iceman and Captain America clips, Cal Dodd has some range aside from his Wolverine.

Don Francks not only played Sabretooth, but he also played two members of Alpha Flight.

Lawrence Bayne also has some good range. He played Cable, Fabian Cortez, Captain America and D'Ken.

I think the voices that are good (Like Declan, Roget, Dennis, Shay, Yuri, Barrett, Sawatari, Celina and all the returning crossover character VAs) are VERY good I would say.

But then you have stuff like Yusho and Yugo... and while I don't think Micheal Luscio Jr is a bad VA by any means, you can tell they were really stretching his range for those two characters in particular. His Yuya voice funnily enough, would also fit the manga version of the character more than it does the anime's, haha.

I once had this dream where I gave Linda Ballantyne a big hug and told her that she deserved much better material to work with than what she got in Avengers UTS.
