I know there is hardly any spoken dialogue, but there is one character I'm fairly certain that has a VA in this game:

Well, he doesn't have any spoken dialogue, but the gameplay has him make grunts during his attacks. The reason I think it is Kaminsky is that, until the Devil May Cry anime came out, Dante has always had an English VA and since Dante is wearing his DMC2 attire, it's safe to assume they got Kaminksy (or used his archived grunts from DMC2) to voice him in this.
