Ryan Drummond brought an adventurous Sonic
Jason Griffith brought a caring Sonic
Roger Craig Smith brought a confident Sonic
they all brought something different to the table but they are all good for voicing the Blue Blur. My favorite would have to be Roger though. i was very impressed by his performance.

@SteveP Man, that's awful. Having him leave the union? Yikes! I feel bad for Ryan, to be so close to returning to his most famous role, and have it lost because of Sega's unreasonable demands. That was seriously bad of them, like holding a steak up to a dog and yanking it away at the last second.

I believe the guy who gave the best performance was Jaleel White, although I don't know if he'd work for a Modern looking Sonic. I like Ryan, but he seemed to be over the top. Martin... sounded like he had a cold. And roger is very good. A little deeper than I'd prefer but a hedgehog has to grow up sometime. A lot of people will disagree with my opinion, but my favorite Sonic voice is Jason. Yeah, sometimes his acting is a little wierd, but for some reason, the voice just clicks. Like, if you played any of these guys, regular people wouldn't know who they're playing, play Jason, and they go, " That's Sonic!" And, overtime, Jason's acting does get better, like in Sonic and the Black knight. I'll just remind you guys this is my opinion and if you don't like it that's great, but that's no reason to start a fan war over it. These are actors, all different and all bring something unique to the character. Who you think is the best is truly based on preference. One thing is for certain, our little blue guy will keep on running for a long time.

Sorry Roger and Martin fans, but when I look at a shirt with Sonic on it that's not from a video game (for example skateboarding) I hear Jason or Ryan. Maybe Jaleel if it's the rounder Sonic.

Jaleel White (ironic, dont you think?) gave charisma to Sonic, Jason Griffith only improved it.
