Knuckles is the guardian of the Master Emerald on Angel Island, and the last of his kind. Formerly one of Sonic's rivals, but the two are now best friends. Knuckles is so named for his strong punches, but he is gullible and his enemies often take advantage of this.

I think that Ian Corlett sounds too much like Sonic.

Knuckles the Echidna should be voiced by Dave Wittenberg who voiced Kakashi in the 'Naruto' series.

Its not going to be Bill Rogers it will be Crispin Freeman who will do Knuckles's voice for new Sonic games.
