Fred Jones
FRANCHISE: Scooby-Doo
Fred is usually depicted as the leader of the Mystery Gang. The brave and athletic sportsman of the group and driver of the Mystery Machine, Fred Jones is basically the polar opposite of Shaggy Rogers. His trademark line is 'Let's Split up, Gang' or anything else that includes the word 'gang' as he doles out instructions to the rest of the group as they try to solve the latest mystery. He is usually looked at as the one in charge and the amateur sleuth of the group.

I didn't think Harvey Birdman would be since it isn't Warner Brothers. After all, it is a parody. I'm glad you agree with me on the other two though.

@LaeScoobyFan Technically, Scooby-Doo is a Hanna-Barbera/Turner property that Warner acquired when they bought HB out. Harvey Birdman was produced by the company that owns the Scooby-Doo property, making the appearances official (they even brought back their then-current voice actors). It's as official as the Johnny Bravo appearances.

Harvey Birdman, Family Guy, and Robot Chicken shouldn't count. They arn't official Scooby-Doo. The same goes for the other Scooby-Doo characters.

@LaeScoobyFan I myself agree on the Family Guy and Robot Chicken bits (don't know if we have an official consensus on that, though), but Harvey Birdman should count, because I'm pretty sure they licensed the characters or own them.
