Lance Bass was HORRIBLY miss-cast as Sephiroth, but he's still a fine actor. I would have picked him for someone else like one of the Organization XIII members or someone from FFVIII like Seifer or Zell.

George Newbern is... Okay. Granted he's a better fit but I personally would have made him Vincent Valentine. I think his vocal texture and his current performance is more suited to Vincent.

In case you're wondering who I'd pick for Sephiroth besides Newbern: Paul Dobson, Crispin Freeman, Troy Baker (who can't you cast him as? XD) and... interestingly: Tim Daly.

@Aussieroth Lnace would've made a great Demyx or Zell.

I agree with all your picks for Sephiroth except maybe Troy Baker (not that he WOULDN'T do a fantastic job since we all know he would, but he's one I'd only go for if no other choices were available). As you know, I'd also give Skip Stellrecht, John Rafter Lee, and Christian Bale. And MAYBE Jay Goede we were so lucky. xD

@Galactic_Cyrus Who do you want to play Sephiroth in the FF7 remake? personality I hope that Newbern returns as Sephiroth.

I wasn't that fond of his voice at first but it's a unique voice that really grows on you IMO.

@HylianBelmont I think it will be Newbern again, and I hope he has great voice direction so he sounds as creepy as he did in Advent Children and Dissidia. But if anyone else, than Christian Bale or James Denton, who sound eerily similar to Newbern's Sephiroth, or maybe even Crispin Freeman or Skip Stellrecht just because that'd be awesome.

I still can't believe that the best voice of Superman is also Sephiroth. That's nuts.

I simply can not beat him in Kingdom Hearts right now...

@solidejake He's a total beast, I still haven't done him yet. I've beat him in KH2, but I had heard he's harder in the first game... and so far, I believe it's true.

@PsychicVoiceSpy It's a total stomp. I walk in, he gets his music, and I can maybe land two shots that apparently don't affect him, then he summons all the fire from Hell that kills me... That's if his 40-foot Katana doesn't hit me first.

@solidejake Best thing to do is grind out as many levels as possible and get leaf break and the MP abilities so that you can heal as much as you can. *shrugs* Once I get level up well enough I'll just grind it out and see if I can even damage him first.

Toshiyuki Morikawa owns this role, and George Newbern is a perfect US equivalent.*
*Since Skip Stellrecht, Crispin Freeman, Paul Dobson, or even Christian Bale weren't available.
