Sonny and David sounds similar I gotta admit, but I think I'll go with David

I've always been curious about what Paul sounded like as Bardock. I can't find what episode he was in as Bardock.

@Nightmare Crusher For your convenience and that of whoever's planning on tackling that VC, the episodes Bardock appears in in the DBZ series are "Fighting Power: One Million??" (ep 78), "The End of Vegeta" (ep 86) and "The Ultimate Battle" (ep 87). Though from what I recall, the original Ocean dub was cut down some, so those might not be the exact numbers.

@CatsTuxedo Then I'm not sure when Paul would have voiced him, because in the ginyu saga until the second to last episode of the trunks saga ocean didn't do voice work in any region from what I've found and all those episodes are in the Frieza saga.

Hmph, well how about that. All episodes beyond the cutoff, as Ocean's 53 only went up to uncut 66.

The information on the Ocean dub here is in great need of an overhaul, especially the movies.

@rosebr10 So what I'm getting from this is that Bardock never had an Ocean voice and someone, somewhere, claimed Paul Dobson played him. That somehow becoming commonly accepted, with no one really being able, or bothering, to check.

@Nightmare Crusher
Don't you just love touch'n'go databases of the late 90s-early 00s before failsafes were implemented?

Yes indeed, it's quite clear that the pillars of the Ocean cast info stem from nothing more than guesswork demonstrating by a) a clear lack of research outside the series, b) the dependence on Scott McNeil as a safe house, and c) worse of all, the near-abandonment of legitimate cast credit information, as demonstrated by the current credits for Dead Zone and Tree of Might.

The only thing stopping me from putting what I've got in the Report Mistakes thread is confirmation of what credits exist (if any) for the edited TV version of Tree of Might. Otherwise, I've got what I need to show how a good chunk of the secondary cast info is bullocks by today's standards.
