I still think Ryan D was the only person to ever do Sonic justice. Sure some of the lines were bad but there was barley any voice direction in the first few games he was in. Miss em dearly =(

Ryan Drummond was great, definitely my favourite voice of Sonic and made for a very menacing Metal Sonic, has he had any roles since then?

@Metabad Ryan has still been acting. From memory, he was in the Godfather II game and also does other work as a clown and mime.

Is it just me, or was Ryan's Sonic voice slightly better in Sonic Adventure than in Heroes?
Anyway, Ryan is one of my favorite Sonic voices next to Roger Craig Smith. His Knuckles voice in Shuffle was okay too, I guess, but I think some of the other voice actors were better suited for that character.

Ryan has the Sonic voice down better than some of the others. Today's Sonic fans give Ryan little credit which bothers me. plus I'm pretty sure Ryan voiced in other stuff other than just sonic. but still his Sonic was a closer match to Sonic's age and personality which is awesome. He's friends with Jason and IO think with Roger but I don't know but yeah he's a lot cooler if you ever get a chance to met him is what I heard.

Ryan Drummond is simply awesome. All of the other sonic voice actors are practically dead compared to him.

Ryan Drummond is the best Sonic voice I've heard in 14 years in my life ever since I was 13 years old. He's truly an Sonic voice legend to many devoted Sonic fans, like us, and will always remain the best Sonic voice in decades.

As the first(?) actor to voice Sonic, I thought he was really good. Shame he hasn't done any more acting in a long while.
