Happy Birthday Patrick Warburton!

He's one of those actors where it doesn't really matter if he uses the same voice over and over, because and IMO he's got an epic voice which is perfect for cool macho characters.

It's hard to pick favourites with the roles he's done over the years but i'd probably pick Kronk from The Emperor's New Groove, easily the funniest role of his ever. The perfect villain sidekick, one that's not inherently evil, has so many humorous quirks and gets a lot of great lines too, plus he also had fantastic chemistry with the late Eartha Kitt.

One one of my other favourite roles of his is Brock Samson, it's not every day Patrick voices a really unhinged badass, at times I find him rather scary while also being the comically serious type which isn't the easiest thing to pull off.

I also loved his performances as Joe Swanson, Sheriff Bronson Stone, Steven Barkin, Superman, Cash Tankenson, Walter W. Wolf, Buzz Lightyear and the LGM...even though It's pitch shifted it still amazes me that Patrick voiced them in the Star Command cartoon. That's pretty awesome.

He's also fantastic in live-action too of course, like on Seinfeld and in movies like Ted, Get Smart and Men in Black II.

Patrick Warburton should replace all the Superman lines in Man of Steel and Batman vs. Superman with his voice.

@lnytune1 Why stop at replacing Superman's lines? Why not have Patrick play EVERYONE?

Our childhood, adult cartoons, or even the occasional live commercials. It don't matter what it is, he is everywhere and we love him for it.

There are only a few voice actors who have a fantastic singular voice and can get away with using it in EVERY SINGLE ROLE, and Patrick Warburton is one of them.

@lnytune1 I can think of several others who can do the same.

@lnytune1 Indeed. I can always tell when it's him by the character's voice. XD

@Jacob M. Keene Like who? The closest one I can think of is Rob Paulsen, and even his voices are somewhat different from each other, he just has a signature tone.

@lnytune1 James Earl Jones, Keith David (he kinda changed his voice a couple of times, but not by much), Sam Elliott, Brian Doyle-Murray, the late Michael Clarke Duncan, and my personal favorite the late Tony Jay just to name a few. If you don't agree, that's fine I just thought I'd share my opinion.

@lnytune1 What about Lisa Ortiz? For almost every one of her roles, she either adds very little distinction from another role (like putting on an accent or something) or simply uses a singular voice.

He's brilliant because he's funny in almost all his role. Joe Swanson from Family Guy is my favourite.

Patrick Warburton is one of the best deep voiced actors ever. If he were to play a dinosaur, I bet he'd be a triceratops because he's tough like one.

Definitely him in Poker Night 2 as Brock Samson

I'm surprised at his range sadly he barely uses it but he great job at making Old Buzz sound well old and did good job as the LGM's in Buzz Lightyear Of Star Command. I thought the LGM's were the movie actor lol.
