I can't see without them," which became a trademark gag and catch phrase for Velma.
Was asked to audition for the voice of Velma after being seen by Gordon Hunt in a performance of "You're A Good Man Charlie Brown" as Peppermint Patty.
Jaffe retired from acting after getting married to Burbank native Brad David in 1973 and getting a job as an agent for the William Morris Agency.
