He'd be a great fit for the Frank Miller version of Batman.

It's too bad he didn't reprise his role as Chick in Cars 3. Hmm... he must have been busy with other projects I guess.

 1 Shout Out!
Happy Birthday Michael Keaton!

My top 10 favourite roles of his are:

1.) Batman/Bruce Wane (Batman)
2.) Vulture/Adrian Toomes (Spider-Man Homecoming)
3.) Betelgeuse (Beetlejuice)
4.) Ken (Toy Story 3)
5.) Doug Kinney (Multiplicity)
6.) Captain Gene Mauch (The Other Guys)
7.) Peter J. McCabe (Desperate Measures)
8.) Chick Hicks (Cars)
9.) Jack Crowley (The Simpsons)
10.) Raymond Sellars (Robocop) (2014)

I absolutely loved Michael's performance as the Vulture in Spider-Man Homecoming. The MCU often gets flak for its treatment of its villains but Vulture surprisingly was one of its better villains, he had a pretty reasonable motivations that was beyond take over the world, he reminded me a lot of a super-villain version of Walter White. However he was still very intimidating and menacing. Especially in the scene where Peter and Vulture are both in the car, that was easily the most intense moment in the MCU since The Winter Soldier. A lot of that had to do with Michael's fantastic performance. I do hope we get a Sinister Six movie with Michael back as Vulture in the near future.

I also have to get around to watching The Founder at some point, again just for Michael Keaton alone.

Michael Keaton is legit one of the greatest actors ever as far as I'm concerned.

@Autovolt I recommend You Check Out his Performance as Porco Rosso.

That is Legitimately one of the Best Dub performances by a Celebrity VA that I have ever heard.

Happy Birthday Michael Keaton!! My favorite live action Batman/Bruce Wayne. I also love him in Birdman, Beetlejuice, Mr. Mom, Cars, and Toy Story 3. Still have plenty more to see.

Happy Birthday Michael Keaton!

He's easily one of my favourite actors. He is without a doubt still the best live-action Batman to date. I think he just hits all the right notes. He's brooding without feeling to stoic or emo, he has a intimidating presence that doesn't sound ridiculous or forced and he could humorous without being too campy. Though thanks to his performance as Betelgeuse I can't help but wish he had been cast as The Joker....because when Michael plays a psychopathic villain he really goes all out like in the movie Desperate Measures. Though with that said he's versatile that he can do comedy just as easily in movies such as Multiplicity and The Other Guys.

His voice work as Ken, Chick Hicks and Jack Crowley were excellent, I hope he gets the chance to voice Batman someday....like seriously Andrea Romano can you please make it happen. He's too good of an actor to not voice the caped crusader.

also I haven't seen Birdman yet and I'm aware of how critically acclaimed it is, I'm going to check it out the first chance I get.

I loved Peter Weller's performance in The Dark Knight Returns. But I've sometimes wondered what it would have been like if Keaton had voiced him there.

You know, since it's "The Dark Knight RETURNS".

He should voice Batman in a DTV animated movie at some point. I know he's too old to play Batman Live-Action, but that doesn't mean he can't voice him.

@LordofEvil96 Definitely agree that he should voice Batman at some point.

But I wholeheartedly DISAGREE about him being too old to play Batman. In fact, he's at a good age right now (62 ish?) to play a good TDKReturns Batman. He was a great young Batman, and I think he'd be an even better *older* Batman.

Now you probably meant that most other consider him to be too old, rather than *you* actually holding that opinion yourself. :)

@TylerMirage Yeah I was referring to other people. In fact I think he'd rock as TDKR Batman.

@LordofEvil96 They should make a movie where various Batmen from various universes meet, including Michael Keaton and Christian Bale.
