Trivia & Fun Facts:
Was Hanna-Barbera's original choice to voice Elroy Jetson in 'The Jetsons', and was required to use an alias to hide the fact that she was a woman playing a boy's voice. When her agent refused to let this happen, Lucille was fired, and the role ultimately went to Daws Butler.
Quotes:
"Smurfette felt so real to me because I created her voice, so I could feel her emotions. It may sound strange but it's true. We have to think like the character and it takes over. That’s what I tell my students, too. You must lose yourself if you want to be successful in animation and be the character."
