Kath Soucie is the best voice actress in the business today! I think that the best voice that she's done is Kanga in the Winnie the Pooh series.

One of the best vets in the business! And - if you can find it online - her essay on "a week in the life of a voice actor" is a must-read for those interested in a VA career.
