Joel has turned into a damn good ADR Director. I was quite impressed with the english dubs of Control and Freezing. I would say he is indeed one of Funimation's most competent voice directors right up there with Mike Mcfarland, Colleen Clinkenbeard and Tyler Walker who I find to be the most accomplished ADR directors currently working at Funimation.
